Soundjack is a free-of-charge low-latency telepresence system by Prof. Dr. Alexander Carôt that represents his research and development efforts since the year 2002. It works in p2p and/or server streaming mode and depending on (a) the physical distance, (b) network capacities, (c) the actual network conditions and (d) the actual routing even musical interaction or at least compromised musical interaction is possible. In that regard low-latency technology is often used as a realtime/online jam solution where musicians/singers interact as if they where in the same room. Publications and demo videos are located at the info tab.
